The HIV Pharmacotherapy Network is dedicated to the exchange of information regarding antiretroviral clinical pharmacology, with a focus on therapeutic drug monitoring and concentration-effect (Pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic, PK/PD) relationships. As medication regimens become exceedingly complex, the application of PK/PD and clinical pharmacology becomes a critical component in the design and optimization of therapeutic regimens.
